Parking stall #9 in our parking lot is reserved for clients of Riverside Family Law. There is also ample metered street parking available, both on 5th Avenue and 23rd Street.

What are your fees?

Our fees range from $260/hr to $420/hr plus PST and GST depending on the years of experience of your lawyer.  We accept payment by email money transfer, cash, credit card, and cheque.

Do you require a retainer?

A “retainer” is an amount of money that is paid up front and held in trust, to be applied to legal fees when they later become due. We require an initial retainer of the hourly fee to cover the cost of your first one hour meeting. After your first meeting, if you hire us to do legal work, we will determine the amount of your future retainer payment based on the legal work required.
