Where are you located?

We are in downtown Saskatoon, in the revitalized warehouse district known as “Uptown”.  Our meeting space, by appointment only, is located at the Wallstreet Commons Building, 310 Wall Street.  We are upstairs in room #208. This building is between 24th and 25th Street, and just across from...

Is parking available?

There is an Impark parking lot North of the building (adjacent to 25th Street).  There is also free street parking on Wall Street, 24th Street, and Pacific Avenue.  There is paid street parking on 25th Street.

What are your fees?

We charge $360/hour.  The fee for legal advice and coaching for self-represented individuals is $300/hour. PST and GST are additional.  We accept payment by email money transfer, cash, and credit card.

Do you require a retainer?

A “retainer” is an amount of money that is paid up front and held in trust, to be applied to legal fees when they later become due.  After your initial consultation meeting, if you hire us to do legal work, we will ask you to pay a retainer. It will be held in trust and later applied to your bill.  If you only access the legal advice and coaching service, we do not require a retainer.
